Choosing a Domain Name

If you, like me, battle to come up with a good domain name, you might like to visit a site that was recommended by Ed Dale of the 30 day challenge. Since I discovered this service, I use it regularly to come up with good domain names

The site is nameboy.

It makes use of a thesaurus and gives lots of choices based on a few keywords that you key in.

If you do use it, I would advise that you open an adjacent browser window with another domain name provider eg godaddy as nameboy does charge rather higher registration prices than some of the others. Also, some of the names it delivers have already been registered so best to check it out on godaddy before you get too excited!

Hi Emma,

Personally I use Godaddy and am very pleased with their service.
But I really don’t know which is the best – lol
